ABOUT US
Victory Baptist Church is a family orientated church located in the south-western area of Sydney with ministries for both young and old, to which all are welcome.
OUR VISION
The objective of Victory Baptist Church is first to glorify God in worship and service. Victory Baptist Church desires to reach out to our local community, our country & the world with the saving Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ by going, giving & praying for those who proclaim Christ in love & truth. Also, we seek to encourage those who have trusted in the finished work of Christ for salvation. That we may grow in grace and knowledge of the only Saviour.
WHAT WE DO
We meet together to worship God, encourage each other, and grow in our understanding of God and His Word. As a church, we endeavour to share the good news of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection with those around us.
OUR HISTORY
Victory Baptist Church held its first service on the 25th May 1986, in a Primary school in Edensor Park, NSW. Other meetings were added including Friday evening children’s club and Teen Meetings to provide for the youth in the church and community. In July 1993, Victory Baptist Church was invited to merge with some believers from Grace Baptist Church in Mt Pritchard, and since that time has met at the current site. There has been a testimony for Christ at this site since the early 1920’s
